Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty member to teach Nursing Clinical courses using Cecil College Master Syllabus on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include delivering course material so students achieve instructional objectives, completing course assessments when requested, ensuring course materials are available on the LMS by day one, meeting program requirements for externship/capstone supervision, holding classes for the full scheduled time, remaining reasonably accessible to students, maintaining office hours (minimum 30 minutes/week), facilitating quality learning experiences, developing and implementing lesson plans and learning activities (lectures, videos, demonstrations, role-play), teaching assigned hours, assisting with student remediation, using the College LMS to document attendance and grades, submitting end-of-term documentation timely, and using the College email for communications. Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree in nursing, current unencumbered RN license, minimum five full-time years as an RN in the content area, and strong communication and technological skills. A masters degree is preferred. The position is part-time with no benefits, located in North East, Maryland. Salary rate is $55.33 per hour." ,
