Job Summary
The Adjunct Faculty in Network Infrastructure will create an effective learning environment and provide instruction within the framework of provided syllabi. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, being available for student inquiries, and using technology in instruction. Minimum qualifications include a master’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, with additional qualifications such as relevant professional certification, teaching experience, or further coursework.
Required Qualifications
- Earned master’s degree in information systems, information technology or related field
- Earned related or out-of-field master’s degree with 18 semester hours in information systems or related field
- Earned bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology or related field with additional qualifications
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification (national, regional or state)
- Two years of in-field professional employment
- Documented evidence of teaching excellence
- Documentation of research and publication in the field
- Documented relevant additional coursework beyond the bachelor’s degree
