Adjunct Faculty, Med/Surg Nursing

Instruct and facilitate meaningful learning of course outcomes through learning-centered instruction that enables graduates to fulfill evolving marketplace needs. Manage the educational process to ensure student involvement in positive learning, teaching, and social environments by designing instructional plans, delivering approved online courses, and effectively utilizing classroom technology. Enable pre-defined student achievement outcomes by establishing performance criteria, evaluating learning, and maintaining accurate records for grades and reports. Relate professional and industry experience to curriculum by continuing technical skills development, introducing industry perspectives, and participating in faculty development and curriculum task forces. Communicate consistently with supervisors, faculty, and administrators while contributing to campus events and workshops.
