Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty position (In Person) at Cleary University to teach BUS 1100 Introduction to Organizations for Fall 2026. Instructors will teach in-person undergraduate classes, utilize Canvas for instruction, engage students with active, hands-on activities, hold regular office hours, collaborate with faculty and staff, and apply interactive pedagogical techniques to foster student learning. Requirements include a regionally accredited master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credits in the discipline, a minimum of five years of professional experience in the field, and proficiency with Canvas, Zoom, and Microsoft Office. Experience with The Cleary MindTM and ability to connect professional experiences to real-world projects is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Earned master’s degree in course discipline or closely related discipline from regionally accredited institution with at least 18 graduate semester credits in relevant coursework
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in the discipline/industry of this course
- Ability to learn and use Canvas LMS, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other software for communicating with students and faculty
- Ability to embrace The Cleary MindTM as the University’s approach to building professional skills for workforce readiness
- Ability to apply professional experiences to inform and inspire students about real-world projects and challenges
