Job Summary
Teach up to two courses per semester in the B.S. Nutrition program within the Department of Health and Human Performance. Prepare and manage syllabi to meet department and college standards; develop lectures, discussions, and assignments; assess student performance and provide mentoring as needed. Courses may be delivered on-campus, off-campus, or online, and may occur during day or evening sessions based on student demand and departmental needs. Requires an earned Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the field or a terminal degree in the field; online or hybrid teaching experience is preferred.
