Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty in Genetic Counseling will report to the Director and engage in instructional and administrative duties within the College. Responsibilities include developing course syllabi, teaching genetic counseling courses in fall, spring, and summer semesters, completing attendance and grading submissions, using course management systems, assessing student learning outcomes, and participating in curriculum design. Candidates are required to have a Master’s degree, relevant teaching experience, and a commitment to diverse student populations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated coursework in genetic counseling
- Subject-specific work-experience and/or expertise
- Experience in content area within the last five years
- 1-5 years of related teaching experience (preferred)
- Record of successful teaching experience in a postsecondary program (preferred)
