Facilitate student learning by delivering assigned classes in accordance with college policy and course objectives while developing and maintaining course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments. Engage with students to remove barriers to retention and completion, providing academic coaching, monitoring performance, and implementing interventions such as tutoring referrals. Make optimal use of available technology to enhance instructional methods and ensure knowledge of emergency and safety procedures for all learning environments. Interact with students and co-workers professionally while promoting student recruitment and successful program completion through outreach via phone and electronic means. Maintain accurate student records, grades, and office hours in compliance with campus expectations.
