Job Summary
Facilitate asynchronous discussion boards, provide targeted feedback on low-stakes assignments, and support small-group or individual student engagement through messaging or virtual office hours under the supervision of the primary instructor. Monitor student participation, assist with course organization and content accessibility, and engage in structured reflection to analyze effective online teaching practices. This volunteer role operates under full-time faculty supervision with clearly defined responsibilities aligned to course objectives and student needs. Participants must complete FERPA, cultural sensitivity, sexual harassment, and LMS training, and pass background and reference checks. The position is uncompensated and strictly voluntary, designed to bridge theory and online instructional delivery while developing competencies in online pedagogy and instructional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis
- related field
- equivalent coursework
- BCBA qualifying program completion
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in NY
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state in which they practice
- good standing
