Teach Organizational Behavior Management in the ABA MS and Advanced Certificate graduate programs using in-person or HyFlex modalities. Communicate effectively with diverse student populations while covering current research and practice in training, safety, productivity, and quality within the workplace. Identify effective leadership and supervision methods for professional practice. Requires a Master's or PhD in Behavior Analysis with Board Certification, New York licensure, and 3-5 years of clinical experience. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in NY in good standing
- At least 3-5 years of full-time Clinical Practice
