Job Summary
Adjunct Faculty position involves teaching up to seven semester credit hours (up to two courses) in business-related disciplines. Responsibilities include developing the class syllabus, planning lectures and assignments, assessing students' grades, and mentoring students. Candidates should possess a terminal degree or a master's degree with relevant credentials and some teaching or industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a terminal degree in a field of business or a master’s level degree with one or more earned, recognized industry credentials.
- Must have some teaching or industry experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates who hold current relevant professional credentials.
- Proficiency with LMS (e.g., D2L/Canvas/Blackboard), Zoom (or equivalent), and publisher platforms (e.g., Connect, MyLab, MindTap)
- College or University teaching experience.
- Evidence of teaching excellence.
- Prior relevant industry experience.
- Online or hybrid teaching experience.
