Adjunct Faculty: CID-CBE MS Organizational Leadership

Adjunct Faculty teaches three semester credit hours per 7-week term in the fully online competency-based education (CBE) format, supporting the CBE Orientation Courses. Responsibilities include responding to student inquiries within 24 hours, providing timely feedback on assignments and assessments, facilitating courses per the standard syllabus, monitoring orientation courses with weekly status reports to advisors, developing and maintaining teaching materials (syllabi, course content, question libraries), preparing and evaluating course assignments/exams, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a terminal degree in organizational leadership or a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a terminal degree in a closely related field; strong computer and communication skills; ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
