Job Summary
The Adjunct Faculty member is responsible for instruction and support of the CDMI curriculum, which includes developing and organizing coursework, engaging in course delivery, and participating in student assessment. The role requires clinical skills in general dentistry, strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and effective communication. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD degree, be licensed in Illinois, and have at least three years of dental practice or one year of advanced training, along with a commitment to teaching.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree or equivalent
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
- Minimum of three years of practice in dentistry or one year of advanced post-graduate training
- Commitment to at least one full day per week teaching
