Job Summary
Instructors are responsible for the effective delivery of AHA BLS and ACLS information and materials, primarily for Midwestern University Healthcare Programs. Candidates must be American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Instructors in good standing and should possess excellent communication skills. A degree from an accredited program as an E.M.T, Paramedic, R.N., Respiratory Therapist, Physician Assistant, M.D., or D.O. is required, along with at least one year of teaching experience. Courses are scheduled periodically, and reliability is essential.
Required Qualifications
- American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Instructor in good standing affiliated with a Training Center
- Graduate from an accredited program as an E.M.T, Paramedic, R.N., Respiratory Therapist, Physician Assistant, M.D., or D.O.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in teaching
