Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of an accredited education program in Surgical Technology
- Current healthcare certification (CST and/or CSFA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
