Job Summary
Adjunct Cabinet Making instructor needed to teach hands-on cabinetmaking and prepare students for employment in the woodworking and cabinetry industry. Candidates should have three years of professional cabinetmaking/woodworking experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; teaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience is preferred. Position is in the Construction Trades department at the Franklin Road Campus, Norman, OK, with a twice-weekly evening schedule from 6:00–9:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Three years of professional experience in cabinetmaking, woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or related trade
- Preferred: Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or supervisory experience. Experience in residential or commercial cabinetry installation and fabrication.
