Print delivery requests received by email to dispatchers, enter external orders, invoices, and task sheets lacking auto-sentry into Mobile Office, and generate route manifests in SAP for transfer. Track off-site driver nights at hotels or bunks, execute allocation orders for freezers to appropriate fridges, and manage Artic Glacier freezer contracts. Support drivers and team members under the operations director. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.
