Job Summary
Manage social housing portfolio technical dossiers, including sinistre claims, insurance negotiations, and contractor cost controls. Assist in expert evaluations, coordinate repair orders, and oversee work completion and handover. Support sector managers with technical diagnostics, preventive and curative asset analysis, and maintenance contract compliance. Lead the roof audit, prepare four-year maintenance plans, and manage capital work budgets. Collaborate closely with the existing technical adjoint and assistant within the EST agency cell.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un Bac+2 dans les métiers du bâtiment ou de l'immobilier
- Une première expérience probante à un poste comparable
- Des solides connaissances techniques liées à l'exécution de travaux
- Des connaissances techniques liées aux pathologies du bâtiment
- Des connaissances techniques liées aux normes de sécurité
