Job Summary
Supervise, coordinate, and optimize electrical maintenance activities on the production site to ensure installation availability, reliability, and safety. Plan preventive and corrective interventions, lead a team of technicians, and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects for equipment. Analyze breakdowns, implement innovative technical solutions to reduce downtime, and collaborate with production and maintenance services to anticipate needs and enhance overall efficiency. Manage technological scouting to integrate latest industrial automation, energy management, and predictive maintenance trends. Train teams and promote a culture of operational rigor and excellence. Full-time day shift; 13-month salary with participation and profit-sharing plans.
Required Qualifications
- Solid expertise in industrial electrical maintenance
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Bac +3 degree in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, or related field
- Complementary certifications (electrical habilitation, safety standards)
- Mastery of project management principles
- Mastery of automated systems (programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, industrial networks)
- Mastery of applicable safety standards
- Confirmed experience in leading technical teams
- Confirmed experience in optimizing maintenance processes
- Ability to analyze and write complex electrical schematics
- Ability to diagnose malfunctions
- Ability to propose sustainable solutions
- Team spirit
