Oversee quality management system implementation and monitoring on construction sites, ensuring compliance for both internal operations and suppliers. Track project schedules, analyze progress, and manage technical documentation including QMTs and non-conformities. Coordinate with various stakeholders, support Chief Engineers and Site Managers from bid preparation through project closure, and serve as the technical reference on-site. Verify plan and estimate quality against current standards, comment on contractor quality plans, and ensure their application regarding technical, safety, and environmental requirements. Draft and process reports covering work advancement, resource tracking, technical defects, and non-conformity follow-ups to prevent service disruptions. Location: Baie-Comeau (Central Manic-2 site). Start date: early 2026 through mid-2026.
