Job Summary
Process cacao from raw to finished product including filling/emptying refiners, tempering, molding, and packaging; participate in chocolate operations, maintain pars and inventory, fulfill outgoing orders, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. Support food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, sauces and doughs, and assemble items for grab-n-go; enter data in Google Sheets and adhere to quality-control standards including weekly tastings. Requires two years of kitchen or pastry experience, ability to lift 60 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for 8-hour shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
