Job Summary
Provide individualized personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (feeding, transfers, ambulation, showering, toileting, hand washing, etc.). Engage participants in structured activities and follow daily schedules; run activities and foster meaningful interactions to reduce isolation. Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, nutritional intake, health monitoring, and incidents. Ensure a safe environment by applying body mechanics and reporting safety issues. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to promote teamwork and adhere to ADS and LIFE policies. Requires CNA experience and Oklahoma Long Term Care Aide certification; certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Tulsa County Food Handlers upon hire. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., push 200 lbs., and be on site in a non-profit office setting. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience as a CNA
- Oklahoma Long Term Care Aide certification
- current certifications in: First Aid, CPR, and Tulsa County Food Handlers
