ADF Rehabilitation Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, and activities of daily living assessments to support ADF personnel with physical and psychological injuries. Collaborate with stakeholders including injured personnel, medical specialists, and allied health professionals to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans using trauma-informed practice. Manage KPIs based on service delivery outcomes and goal setting rather than billable hours. Perform assessments and deliver care within a multidisciplinary team at HMAS Kuttabul or other central Sydney bases. Enjoy a fixed schedule from 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with no overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
- Australian Citizenship
- Minimum of one year clinical work experience, registered in your chosen profession
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Occupational rehabilitation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Occupational rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
