Job Summary
Addiction Medicine Physician sought to join Catholic Health’s St Charles Hospital programs on Long Island, with both inpatient chemical dependency services and outpatient clinics. The role requires Board Certification or Board Eligible status in Addiction Medicine (or related boards) and a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine, along with an active NYS MD/DO license. The physician will provide comprehensive addiction medicine care in inpatient and outpatient settings, contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate within a physician-led network across Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens counties. Required Qualifications
