Job Summary
Conduct inpatient and outpatient care for patients with substance use disorders within the Chemical Dependency Inpatient Program and clinic settings. Manage addiction medicine cases while maintaining strong interpersonal communication to promote patient safety and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Requires Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, or Emergency Medicine, along with a specific Addiction Medicine Fellowship and a valid NYS MD/DO license. Flexible hours are available for this full-time role within Catholic Health's physician network serving Long Island.
Required Qualifications
