Board-Certified/Addiction Medicine Physician sought to join Catholic Health’s St Charles Hospital Chemical Dependency Inpatient Program and outpatient clinics on Long Island (Suffolk, Nassau, Queens counties). The role supports a growing physician network across Long Island with a focus on addiction medicine care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Requires NYS MD/DO license, fellowship in Addiction Medicine, and Board Certification/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry or Emergency Medicine.
