Job Summary
Seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists for in-person psychotherapy services to geriatric population. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with care teams. Salary range $56,000-$90,000 with uncapped bonus opportunities. No administrative tasks required.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
- Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (preferred)
- Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting
- History of treating Anxiety, Depression, and Adjustment Disorders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
