Job Summary
Supervise clients and maintain program structure throughout shifts while encouraging healthy routines, accountability, and respectful behavior. Conduct room and facility checks, assist with medication procedures, and respond to incidents or emergencies to ensure a safe recovery environment. Support daily operations including classes, meals, transportation, and events, while facilitating support groups and assisting with fundraising and outreaches. Complete shift logs, incident reports, and communication updates accurately. Model Christ-centered leadership and foster an environment of discipleship, prayer, and restoration within this Christ-centered, non-profit ministry focused on substance abuse treatment and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
- Safe food handling certificate
- Ability to work calmly within a structured residential environment
- Strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, structure, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, emotionally mature, and able to maintain healthy boundaries
- Willing and able to take and complete assigned training and development
- Agreement with organizational mission, values, and faith-based approach
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Education in addiction services, ministry, social work or other relevant fields
- Experience in recovery, ministry, mentoring, or residential care
- Current First Aid Certification
- Experience in kitchen operations, food service, or meal coordination
