Job Summary
Coordinate addiction, prevention, and wellness promotion services within the ADM Board Provider system by administering resource linkage, evaluating agency budgets, and monitoring expenditures for state and federal grants. Facilitate regular meetings, Quick Response Teams, and Residential Access Meetings to ensure timely treatment access while collecting system capacity reports and submitting quarterly grant updates. Provide technical assistance to providers, participate in clinical reviews, and stay abreast of innovative interventions to enhance the local system of care. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client records in compliance with HIPAA and work assigned schedules with regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (preferred), Counseling, Psychology or related field and five years of work experience in addiction field.
- Active State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), with Supervisory Designation (preferred).
- Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant (OCPSA), in addition to the above mentioned, preferred or obtainable within timeframe assigned by supervisor.
