Addiction Nurse - LPN Float

Administer medications, injections, and dispense drugs according to nursing practice guidance while managing patient preselection and dose changes based on vital sign monitoring. Conduct initial inductions, educate patients on treatment and safety policies, and schedule appointments while documenting no-shows in the system. Sign physician orders, enter notes into the Electronic Medical Record, and reconcile medication inventory to ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Requires a state LPN license, minimum one year of nursing experience, and familiarity with harm reduction. Float locations include Middletown, Centerville, Springfield, Dayton, and Piqua.
