Addiction Nurse - LPN

Administer medications and injections per nursing practice guidance while managing patient preselection and drug administration. Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs for dose changes, and educate patients on treatment, health, and safety policies. Schedule appointments, document no-shows, sign physician orders, and enter notes into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Maintain medication inventory, ensure HIPAA compliance, and complete documentation using designated EMR systems. Requires minimum one year of nursing experience in a drug/alcohol or psychiatric setting with a state LPN license. Familiarity with harm reduction is a plus.
