Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in substance use and co-occurring recovery while helping develop personalized treatment plans. Support clients through everyday challenges and crises with compassion, connecting them to alumni support and community resources as they transition forward. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential client records while delivering culturally responsive care that honors diverse backgrounds and beliefs. Work closely with medical, MAT, and case-management teams to support whole-person care under the supervision of licensed clinicians. This full-time day shift role offers clinical supervision toward Montana LAC licensure, medical/dental/vision coverage, and continuing education support within a faith-informed, recovery-oriented team in Billings, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Montana LAC Candidate (registered, or ready to register) actively working toward your Licensed Addiction Counselor credential
- A degree or coursework in addiction studies, psychology, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field
- A compassionate, dependable, team-oriented approach and a heart for recovery work
- Comfort providing care in a faith-informed, culturally responsive environment
- Availability for an on-site, daytime schedule in Billings, Montana
