Job Summary
Coordinate the sales floor by managing product setup, merchandising, and department organization while ensuring high-quality customer service. Execute commercial operations including cash handling and service preparation, actively promoting Kiabi's fashion solutions and sustainable lifestyle offerings. Requires a diploma or university degree, strong commercial management skills, and a passion for textile products. Full-time availability for shifts and holidays is mandatory. Located in Ravenna, this role offers a personalized training path, internal stock ownership opportunities, and a monthly gross salary between €850 and €1100.
