Job Summary
Manage the machinery for urban waste compaction (paper and plastic) and oversee automatic collection bunkers to ensure efficient material selection and recovery. Supervise machine performance and calibration at the compaction station, label produced bales according to consortium specifications, and compile production reports. Operate a reach truck to move packaged materials to the storage warehouse and support colleagues with equipment startup and shutdown procedures. Monitor output material quality and assist with maintenance activities. Full-time 38-hour rotating shift schedule from Monday to Saturday.
