Job Summary
Manage customer requests at the counter and via phone, updating records in the company CRM. Verify product availability and order status by collaborating with the warehouse, while presenting the product catalog, terms, and delivery timelines. Collect post-sale feedback and conduct follow-ups until case closure, supporting both front office and back office commercial activities. Requires immediate availability and proficiency with computer tools and email. Full-time, six-month fixed-term contract with a flexible schedule on agreed shifts. Located in Cesena.
