Job Summary
Manage client requests and enter orders into the company system while monitoring shipments and coordinating with the warehouse. Maintain contact with customers regarding product availability and deliveries, and support the sales department in preparing price lists and commercial documentation. Requires a high school diploma, proficiency in Office tools and email, and strong communication skills. Full-time role with 40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00 / 14:00–18:00, with an initial mentorship period for learning internal procedures. Salary ranges from 1400 to 1550 € gross monthly.
