Job Summary
Conduct initial motor inspections including disassembly, visual analysis, and detection of packaging issues, ruptures, or fluid leaks. Perform root cause analysis and escalate non-diagnosable problems to remote technical support for configuration and resolution. Maintain contact with dealers to manage technical de-escalation and generate reports using digital tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and pre-filled surveys. Requires experience with medium/heavy diesel engines (FPT, Cummins, Perkins), diagnostic capabilities, and a proactive investigative spirit. Full-time position based in the Bolzano-Verona area, starting September 2022, with 30% travel time beyond dealer assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Esperienza sui motori Diesel medium/heavy (es. FPT, Cummins, Perkins, VM, etc)
- Capacità di diagnosi, root cause analysis, spirito investigativo, carattere proattivo teso alla risoluzione dei problemi
- Ottima capacità di descrivere i problemi e di seguire le istruzioni fornite per approfondire root cause e diagnosi
- Autonomia di movimento (patente B)
- Disponibilità a trasferte se richieste (il 30% oltre alla permanenza presso il dealer Iveco a cui è stato assegnato)
- Capacità di fare reporting con strumenti informatici (PowerPoint, Word, survey precompilate con acquisizioni di immagini e scrittura di testo)
- Livello: 3^ o 4^ livello CCNL METALMECCANICA PMI
