ADDED DUTY CONTRACT: Building Test Coordinator

Coordinate MAP, WIDA, AIMSweb, and PEAKS testing across site(s). Create test sessions at least one day prior to testing; ensure accommodations per IEP in collaboration with Counselors and SPED teachers; train and arrange proctors for test administration; verify access to online testing platforms (MAP testing browser, NWEA modules) and secure test materials. Manage scheduling, ensure test security and compliance, and work with Curriculum Department to test ELL students and other learners within defined windows. Maintain materials, coordinate with Site Tech to resolve issues, and oversee test administration logistics from setup to post-test processing. Requires high school graduate or equivalent; background check and AK driver’s license preferred.
