Job Summary
Lead participation in the Building Advisory Group (BAG) meetings and coordinate staff nominations across categories (classified, paraprofessional/aid, tenured/non-tenured teachers). Organize a rotating roster to ensure BAG and SAC representation, attend biweekly BAG meetings outside instructional hours, and document meeting notes, agendas, and activity reports. Act as a liaison for staff input on operations and instructional initiatives, support school culture and leadership development, and ensure timely voting tallies and notifications to Central Office per the CBA. Maintain compliance with NSBSD policies and demonstrate collaboration and professionalism while fostering shared leadership among both classified and certified staff.
