ADDED DUTY CONTRACT: Basketball Girls Head Coach

Coach will implement a coaching philosophy, train student-athletes for interscholastic competition, manage inventory and program evaluation, enforce discipline and sportsmanship, follow NSBSD and ASAA policies, conduct pre-season meetings, ensure safety procedures and complete background checks and mandatory trainings; responsibilities include scheduling practices, maintaining equipment and uniforms, teaching fundamentals, strategy and rules, and supervising athletes from trip initiation to return home; will prepare athletes for competitions and adhere to participation forms and travel rules, while providing an atmosphere conducive to good sportsmanship and coordination with principals/activities directors.
