Job Summary
ADC Donor Specialist provides donation-processing duties at Goodwill of North Georgia’s Attended Donation Center (ADC), including sorting donations, ensuring accurate categorization, handling guest questions, issuing donation receipts, assisting with loading/unloading donations, and upholding safety standards. Requires basic math/reading, effective communication, ability to work across ADC locations, and capacity to operate a forklift (18+). Role supports production goals in a fast-paced retail environment and involves teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and participation in required trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of production experience preferred
- Must be able to work at any Goodwill of North Georgia ADC within the territory as needed
- Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift (age 16-17 not allowed)
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodation
- Must have basic math and reading skills
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work in various conditions (heat, cold, dust)
