Job Summary
Greet donors, unload vehicles, and sort donations into 3-siders or hampers. Offer receipts, complete donor logs, and notify the office of status, trash, oversized items, or needed repairs daily. Clean the interior and surrounding exterior areas of the donation center. Train new attendants on center responsibilities. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and travel to different locations within the region. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying weather conditions. Maintain safety and security procedures while treating all individuals with respect.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel to different locations within the region
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision

- The ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work in wet, humid, or hot conditions, depending on the weather
