Job Summary
RPP Project Manager responsible for end-to-end RPP project management towards RPP targets, focusing on PPC and design-to-cost objectives. Manages project phases from idea generation and feasibility studies to measures implementation and reporting; leads idea generation, feasibility studies, and business case calculations; establishes and maintains a project organization with clear communication, reporting structures, and defined roles; oversees sample definition, project plans, cost controlling, change requirements, risk management, and quality management; requires strong cross-department coordination and English proficiency; PMP/ACP certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, vehicle engineering, or related majors
- More than 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
- Familiar with the processes, methods, and tools of project management
- Understand and be familiar with automotive infotainment systems, especially ADAS systems
- Be able to work under pressure, high resilience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
