ADAS Test & Validation Lead Engineer

Job Summary
Design and execute test plans for system-level validation of ADAS components using demo vehicles, HIL, and SIL environments. Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on vehicle systems and benches to validate compliance with design specifications. Utilize CANoe for network analysis and CAPL scripting while documenting procedures and findings in clear reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, requirements, and acceptance criteria for software and system levels. Requires 7+ years of vehicle-level experience, proficiency in Python/C++, and strong problem-solving skills within a fast-paced automotive setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of vehicle architectures, CAN/LIN communication protocols, and diagnostic tools
- Experience in vehicle level activities minimum 7 years
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, C/C++
- Proficiency in using CANoe for network analysis and CAPL for scripting and testing
- Experience in test plan execution on HIL and SIL
- Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and data acquisition systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Full English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standard and automotive SPICE
- Experience with simulation tools such as Simulink, CarSim, or dSPACE
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
