ADAS Test Lead Engineer

Job Summary
Plan and execute vehicle-level Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) verification and validation activities on public roads and proving grounds. Develop comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, routes, and acceptance criteria based on vehicle requirements. Perform functional testing and subjective evaluations for features including ACC, AEB, LKA, BSD, and Parking Assist. Prepare test vehicles, support instrumentation setup, and analyze data from CAN, GNSS, IMU, camera, radar, and lidar systems. Investigate test failures, reproduce issues, and conduct root cause analysis with cross-functional teams. Maintain test documentation, validation reports, and requirement traceability throughout the process. Bachelor's degree in Automotive or related engineering fields required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in ADAS vehicle testing, automotive validation, or system testing, with practical experience on public roads and/or proving grounds
- Strong understanding of ADAS functions, vehicle behavior, E/E architecture, and communication protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet)
- Experience with ADAS test scenarios, vehicle data analysis, and issue investigation using automotive testing tools
- Familiarity with ADAS sensors (Camera, Radar, Lidar), V-model development process, and automotive V&V methodology
- Good English communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, SOTIF, Euro NCAP, or Homologation requirements
