Job Summary
Lead the verification and validation of ADAS sensing systems (cameras, radars, ultrasonics, and perception algorithms) and the associated software/ECU models. Build and lead a new team of engineers to develop and execute end-to-end validation plans across diverse environments, ensuring sub-system performance meets design and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional ADAS groups and suppliers to enhance comprehensive system and feature validation strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
- Experience leading verification/validation of ADAS sensing systems
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Ability to build and manage a team of engineers to develop and execute validation plans
