Job Summary
Lead ADAS HMI system engineering by defining requirements, signal lists, and interface protocols for intelligent driving features like ACC, NOA, and parking functions. Design multi-modal interaction strategies across driving modes and establish priority systems between ADAS and cabin interfaces. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate concepts into engineering specifications, manage interaction standards, and coordinate testing with software and hardware groups. Drive HMI solutions from design through mass production, ensuring seamless integration with vehicle networks and resolving critical issues via root cause analysis. Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to deliver functional milestones on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 车辆工程、电子信息、计算机、自动化等相关专业
- 3年以上ADAS HMI开发/设计经验
- 有量产项目经验
- 具备完整智能驾驶/ADAS量产项目经历(含需求设计、联调验证或产品落地全流程)
- 有HMI系统开发或交互需求设计经验
- 熟悉整车开发流程及智驾产品开发流程
- 精通整车电子电气架构和车载网络通信协议(CAN、LIN、Ethernet、SOME/IP等)
- 具备DBC/ARXML等数据库文件的编写或使用经验
- 对L2和NOA功能表现和需求有深入了解
- 熟悉ADAS基本功能(ACC、AEB、LKA、APA、NOA等)及其人机交互需求
- 具备出色的系统需求编写与管理能力
- 熟悉需求管理工具
- 了解操作系统、嵌入式系统、人机交互等相关技术
- 精通ADAS HMI设计规范及行业发展趋势
- 具备出色的跨团队沟通协调能力和逻辑思维能力
- 具备用户导向的产品思维和严谨的逻辑思维能力
- 具备良好的客户沟通能力
- 具备项目节点压力下的多任务处理能力
- 出色的文档撰写能力
Desired Qualifications
- 熟悉Figma等设计工具
- 能进行ADAS UE交互流程的原型设计
- 掌握C/C++编程语言
- 熟悉QT等图形界面开发工具
- 熟悉CANoe/SOA等测试工具的使用与问题分析
