Job Summary
Define, manage, and deliver ADAS attributes ensuring compliance with functional, quality, and homologation standards. Coordinate attribute integration within vehicle-level testing, validation, and homologation activities while developing comprehensive validation plans for current upgrades and new vehicle development. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings for issue resolution, risk assessment, and mitigation planning, and regularly report status including critical challenges and proactive action plans. Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methodologies and manage JIRA IMS & FRS tickets for vehicle-level quality activities. Align ADAS attribute development with overall vehicle program timing and coordinate with EE Quality Validation teams. Requires Bachelor's degree, 5+ years automotive experience, and proficiency in DFMEA, DVP, and 8D. Fluency in English is required; Vietnamese is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Comprehensive understanding of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) attributes and functionalities
- Experience in Vehicle Integration Coordination, specifically related to ADAS attributes including CAE analysis, vehicle-level testing & validation, and homologation compliance
- Strong cross-functional team coordination skills across Vehicle Integration, EE Engineering, Software Development, and Validation teams
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (DFMEA, DVP, 8D, 5Y, DFSS, FTA, Fish Bone)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing, and validation processes for ADAS systems
- Program management skills: Able to align ADAS attribute development with overall vehicle program timing, and coordinate effectively with EE Quality Validation teams to plan, track, resolve, report, and escalate issues as required
- Detailed knowledge of Functional Implementation Plans and software release processes specific to ADAS attributes
- Expertise in managing JIRA IMS & FRS tickets for vehicle-level quality activities specifically related to ADAS
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage
- Familiarity with Electric Vehicle architectures, energy management systems, and their integration with ADAS functionalities
- Experience with EE Software Vehicle Testing, Validation strategies, and full vehicle-level validation processes
- Advanced skills in DFMEA, DVP, and structured problem-solving methodologies
