Job Summary
Seeking an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher for QSAC Education in the Bronx to develop and implement physical education programs for students on the Autism Spectrum. Requires relevant teaching credentials and 1-2 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on PE experience highly preferred
- NYS Students with Disabilities B-2, 1-6, 5-9, 7-12, Permanent, or All Grades required
- B.A. or MA Degree in Adapted Physical Education/Physical Education required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in ABA preferred but not required
- Able to teach diverse students with varied interests and different physical abilities
