Job Summary

Administer the classroom in accordance with School Board policies, delivering instruction aligned to state standards while managing student behavior and maintaining a respectful learning environment. Plan effective lessons, assess student growth, and provide academic feedback to support individual learning needs. Supervise students during all school activities, including recess, lunch, and athletic events, while collaborating with staff, parents, and stakeholders. Complete required trainings, attend instructional meetings, and contribute to school improvement initiatives. Report grades promptly and maintain professional conduct throughout the 172-day school year.
