Job Summary
Deliver specialized 1-on-1 adaptive training and lead small group classes for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Conduct fitness assessments and re-assessments regularly, while updating and reviewing client profiles to prepare for upcoming workouts. Work flexible shifts Monday through Saturday within a 15-mile radius of the job location, utilizing provided lead generation and full office support to focus entirely on training. Receive comprehensive training and certification from day one, with opportunities for advancement and a built-in client base.
Required Qualifications
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
- Approved Personal Training Certification (NCCA/NASM/ISSA/ACE) or College Degree in Exercise-Related Field
- Available to travel within a 15-mile radius of the job posting location
- Comfortable with smartphones and basic computer operation
